Ubers without immunities
Not in the game yet Uber Tristram is meant to be a real boss fight for every class, not just for a few builds. The ubers have no immunities any more, and each Prime Evil has a weakness.

The Pit Lords and skeleton mages the Prime Evils call in are no longer immune either: every immunity becomes 90% resistance. Those monsters stay as they were everywhere else.
Keys, Trial and Torment
Not in the game yet The Lower Keyset: 
Key of Blood drops from Blood Raven, 
Key of the Wild drops from Bloodwitch the Wild, 
Key of Treachery drops from Izual, each once in about 3 Hell kills. The Keys of Terror, Hate and Destruction now drop once in about 7 Hell kills of The Countess, The Summoner and Nihlathak.

Pandemonium charms

Uber Flag + a magic Grand Charm makes one of six unique charms at random. Carried in the charm inventory, it lowers enemy resistance in Uber Tristram and the Pandemonium Torment only. Carrying two of the same charm counts once.

Corrupting the Hellfire Torch

Infernal Brimstone + a Hellfire Torch, Transmute, marks the torch Corrupted. Transmute the torch alone to get its outcome. A torch is corrupted only once.
